Refund Policy

At Lumiyuki, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of product delivered.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare and haircare products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Used or partially used items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at orders@lumiyuk.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided by our customer service team.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by Lumiyuki) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at orders@lumiyuki.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at order@lumiyuki.com.

Return Reasons

1. To Cancel an Order
  • Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact customer support immediately with your order number.
  • Refund Process: If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, the return process must be followed once the item is delivered (subject to "Changed Their Mind" policy).
2. Damaged on Arrival
  • Eligibility: If the product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing photos of the damage.
  • Return Process: Contact customer support for return instructions. We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Refund/Replacement: Customers can choose between a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.
3. Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty Policy)
  • Warranty: Lumiyuki offers a 30-day limited warranty for products that display manufacturing defects or break under normal use.
  • Eligibility: If a product is faulty within 30 days of purchase, contact customer support with proof of the defect and details of the issue.
  • Return Process: Return instructions will be provided by customer service. Lumiyuki covers return shipping for defective products.
  • Refund/Replacement: Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, customers will be eligible for a replacement product or full refund.
4. They Changed Their Mind
  • Eligibility: Customers can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt if they change their mind.
  • Condition: Products must be in original, unused, and resellable condition, with all packaging intact.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in this scenario.
  • Refund: Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping cost.
5. For an Exchange
  • Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
  • Exchange Process: Contact customer support to initiate the exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error in the original order.
  • New Product Shipment: Once the original product is received and inspected, the new product will be shipped.
6. Wrong Product Received
  • Eligibility: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of receipt, and provide order details and photos of the incorrect item.
  • Return Process: Lumiyuki will provide a pre-paid return label for the incorrect product.
  • Replacement: We will ship the correct product once the return is initiated, at no extra cost to the customer.
